A new twist has come in the ongoing saga that is my civil legal proceedings. Defendant Alexandria Goddard of Columbus Ohio posted on her website, Prinniefied, that she was filing criminal charges and the Columbus Ohio District Attorney’s office had already taken over the investigation.
My… what amazing speed they would appear to have. Intrigued, and wanting to warn them of this false plot, I put in a call to the Sheriff of Franklin County, and the local police department that serves her jurisdiction. I found that a report had indeed been filed, but not assigned to a detective. I warned the communications officer of the plot to label us all stalkers and try to circumvent the wheels of Justice that have been speeding for her for quite some time. I have a call with the assigned detective Monday to provide him the information that I have gathered as well as the summons to Forsyth County court to finally serve her.
Donna Fosnight currently has a civil suit pending for Goddard and is a victim of hers.
William Murtaugh also has a suit pending and had to go into hiding because of Alexandria Goddard.
I have been trying to serve Goddard for over 2 months now it would seem, yet we are the criminals? I think not.
Goddard is the type of people who like to get all her dirty work done by others, while she plays it safe in the background, and in a legal manner of speaking, that time is coming to an end and she will see her day in court.
I inquired to the District Attorney’s Office in Franklin county as well, they had no record of any criminal charges, or any case from Goddard what-so-ever.
Falsifying court proceedings is a crime, but I am sure she already knows that. We will just add it to her tab.
Listen to the whole conversation below:
I have spoken to Detective Ratliff and he stated that there is no investigation, no investigation pending, and after informing him of Goddard’s pending case here in North Carolina, as well as her pending law suits in Ohio and Florida, got some sound advice about how to properly have her served. I left my number should they need any additional information from me.
